PR Message by Punjab Govt

Govt. of Punjab Pakistan Publish a Broad casting message in News paper on Yum-e-Shadat Ali. in this PR message Govt. request to people to keep peace and move humble in Jaloos.
It is written in old typical style. to much instructions on it. if PR department was use any social personality or religious personality then i think message will more effective and people read it with interest. social personality like Abdul Satar Edi, or Religious personality of that Islamic School of Thought.
